Ruwan J. Bandara is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business, the University of Wollongong Dubai. He is the research cluster lead in responsible business practices at UOWD. His main research interests focus on responsible business and leadership, the future of work, ethical issues of AI and new technologies, and the impacts of technology on employee/stakeholder wellbeing. He has published in leading international journals and has presented his work at internationally renowned conferences.
