I am Magesvari A/P Subramaniam, the Head of the Department at the School of Nursing and Allied Health, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College for the past four years. I have 11 years of nursing experience in multiple disciplines in-ward and critical care nursing at the Intensive Care Unit and Coronary Care Unit. I have a specialty in intensive care nursing. After gaining industry experience, I ventured into nursing education and became an academician at UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College. For the past 14 years, I have taught the Diploma in Nursing at UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College. My Master's degree is in Educational Psychology from the University of Science Malaysia.
