Dr Alison Thirlwall is an Associate Professor at the University of Wollongong in Dubai specialising in Cross Cultural Management and HR. After several years as undergraduate Program Director, Alison is currently Chair of the Academic Integrity and Disciplinary Committees and the inaugural Chair of the University Sustainability Committee. She has recently accepted the role of President of the International Association on Workplace Bullying. Alison has won both UOWD’s Teaching Excellence and OCTAL awards. Her research is in the areas of culture and workplace bullying.
