Matthew, best known to the industry as Kusi, has been a senior leader of Aussie Broadband for over 5 years. He joined the company in 2016 to establish its marketing and strategy functions. By 2018, he was promoted to General Manager of Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Most recently he was appointed the company’s Chief Operating Officer.

Kusi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s Scholar) from the University of Wollongong and is a graduate of the JMW Leader of the Future program.

In 2019 he was recognised as an emerging leader in the ARN 30 under 30 Tech awards and is a recipient of the prestigious Baden-Powell Award, which is the highest Scouting award available to youth in Australia.
